Overview:
YS-MFC series of ultra-low temperature mass flow meter is my company to measure the liquefied natural gas and other low-temperature media and development. The flowmeter is composed of mass flow sensor and transmitter. YS-MFU-DW series sensors adopt triangle structure and have the advantages of high measuring precision, wide measuring range ratio and high reliability. High efficient heat insulation technology is used to effectively control the heat exchange between LNG and the outside world when it flows through the sensor, so as to reduce the vaporization of LNG and other low temperature media in the pipeline, thus reducing the influence of vaporization on flow metering. The transmitter adopts digital signal processor (DSP) to process the collected signal, and has the functions of judging the real-time state of the medium and other intelligent self-diagnosis.

●A multivariable digital processing system is used. The signal filtering is strengthened, the sensitivity and accuracy of the signal measurement are greatly improved, the response time of the system is accelerated, and the measurement is more reliable
●The adoption of multivariable digital processing system makes the system composition more flexible and convenient. In many cases, multivariable digital processing system modules and sensors can form a complete flow measurement system, without the need to configure the flow converter. For example, CNG, LNG gas dispenser system, Quantitative Control System, flow or density single parameter measurement system, etc.
●The precision of mass flow measurement is 0.1%-0.2% , the resolution of density measurement is 0.002-0.02 G/CM ^ 3, the error of temperature measurement is less than 0.5 °C
●Density, temperature measurement function to achieve, can be derived from the medium concentration measurement function (two-component medium) ;
