Overview:
YS-MFU series high viscosity mass flow meter is a new type of high viscosity flow meter developed by our company based on Coriolis effect principle and multivariable digital processing measurement technology, there are often high viscosity, easy to crystallization of the fluid flow needs to be measured. Such fluids, even when transported at high temperatures (with hot media heating and insulation) , are highly viscous and often contain small amounts of solid particulate matter. Elliptical gear flowmeter or Rotary Piston flowmeter is usually used for on-site measurement indication. First of all, the insulation of the instrument can not be solved, second, the accuracy can not meet the requirements, more unable to achieve automatic control, YS-MFU series high viscosity mass flowmeter measurement of high viscosity medium flow, achieved satisfactory results.
Product features:
●The measuring tube adopts large cross-section tube with large bending radius, which ensures the small pressure loss during measuring.
●Because of the double-tube measurement, it is insensitive to the external vibration interference and has strong anti-interference.
●The stability of zero point is strong because the two metering tubes have the same flow rate.
● Low Oscillation frequency, only about 100Hz, the converter can sample every Hz signal from multiple points to improve the measurement accuracy.
The flow rate and temperature of high viscosity medium are combined into a cascade control system, and an automatic control valve is installed in the inlet pipe to automatically cut off and adjust the oil quantity according to the reaction temperature, so as to ensure a fast reaction state and reduce the time lag. After using mass flow meter, the flow rate of high viscosity medium is even and stable, the Labor intensity of operator is reduced, the time of pure lag is shortened, the quality of product is guaranteed, and the economic benefit is improved.
The Gaspard-Gustave de Coriolis is an ideal instrument for measuring high temperature, high viscosity, easy to crystallize and other high viscosity media with high accuracy, good stability and easy operation.
